Thank you for choosing TheBoltLab! We strive to provide you with high-quality athletic socks and want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and a brief description of the issue.
  • We will assess the situation, and if the issue is confirmed to be from our side, we will cover the return cost and send you a replacement at no additional charge.

2. Out of Stock Items:

  • In the event that a product becomes out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly.
  • You will have the option to choose an alternative product, wait for the item to be restocked, or receive a full refund.

3. Unworn and Unused Products:

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for socks that have been worn or used.
  • If you wish to return an item due to size issues, it must be in its original, unopened packaging, and unworn condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

4. Returns for Size Issues:

  • If you encounter size issues, you may return the socks within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The socks must be unworn and unused, except for a brief trial to assess the fit.
  • We will cover the return cost and send you a replacement pair or offer a refund.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective or damaged.
