1. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and a brief description of the issue.
- We will assess the situation, and if the issue is confirmed to be from our side, we will cover the return cost and send you a replacement at no additional charge.
2. Out of Stock Items:
- In the event that a product becomes out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify you promptly.
- You will have the option to choose an alternative product, wait for the item to be restocked, or receive a full refund.
3. Unworn and Unused Products:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for socks that have been worn or used.
- If you wish to return an item due to size issues, it must be in its original, unopened packaging, and unworn condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
4. Returns for Size Issues:
- If you encounter size issues, you may return the socks within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The socks must be unworn and unused, except for a brief trial to assess the fit.
- We will cover the return cost and send you a replacement pair or offer a refund.
